In a synod-wide Zoom storytelling workshop on February 25, 2021, we learned how to identify stories of God at work through congregations or ministries and how to tell those stories for impact. We also discussed practical ways to share stories inside and outside of congregations. Participants felt energized by reflecting on God at work in their ministry context and with practical tools to share those stories.
More than 20 Alaska Synod participants immersed themselves in what makes a good story. We give thanks to ELCA churchwide communication staff who facilitated this event.
