Once online registration is complete AND payment received, room assignments will be made.
About Housing:
  • Room assignments will be made once your registration form is complete AND payment is received in your synod office.
  • We have been assigned to 3 lodging buildings on the Seabeck grounds: The Inn and Annex, and The Pines.
  • Linens are provided.
  • There are 12 single rooms – with shared baths down the hall in The Annex
  • There are 8 single rooms with private baths in The Pines
  • There are double occupancy rooms with private baths in The Pines.
  • There are double occupancy rooms with shared baths down the hall in The Inn.
  • There are 4 rooms with private baths that hold 3 people each in The Pines.
  • IF HOUSING PLACEMENT IS A PRIORITY FOR YOU – please plan to register and pay ASAP when the process opens on June 17.
 
 
Payment is to be mailed to the synod office with checks made payable to the synod.
Travel costs up to $200 covered by each ministry site.
