Annual Reports for Rostered Leaders
All rostered leaders, active and retired, serving in specialized ministry or in a congregation, are asked to submit an annual report to their synod office. (It is in the constitution.) These reports give your synod staff information about your interests and plans for the year. These reports from active clergy inform our work on synod guidelines.

Please note:
- The ELCA Office of the Secretary receives annual congregation reports (Forms A and C), which are used to update the parochial statistics of the ELCA.
- To submit those forms, please click here.
- Annual Reports for Rostered Leaders are submitted to the Synod Bishop at [email protected].
- These reports are due by March 1.
