Please note:

  • The average size of each display space will be three square feet.
  • The organization requesting display space is responsible for transportation of materials to and from the Assembly site, table coverings, and setting up and taking down the display.
  • If shipping materials, please send to ​Central Lutheran Church and clearly mark with your organization name and indicate "FOR ASSEMBLY".
  • The display person assumes all responsibility for the security and safety of the display.
  • The schedule and event book for the Assembly will be available in April.​
