Please note:
  • All Voting Members are expected to attend in person.  [Exceptions can be submitted to the Alaska Synod Executive Committee, via aksynodbishop@gmail.com.]
  • The keynote presentations and some workshops will be available online.
  • Assembly registration fees support event costs, including the off-road Assemblies which take place every 8 years.  Please pay the fee at the same time of registration.

  • The schedule and event book will be available in April.
  • If you need a place to stay during the Assembly, special rates with the Aspen Hotel have been negotiated: $109 for single occupancy and $129 for double occupancy. 
    • The Aspen Hotel (326 Binkley Circle) is less than one mile from Christ Lutheran Church.
    • To make reservations, please call the hotel directly at 907-260-7736, and inform them that you are with the Alaska Synod.​
    The organization requesting display space is responsible for shipping materials to and from the Assembly site (please mark with your organization name and mark for assembly), table coverings, and setting up and taking down display.

    The display person assumes all responsibility for the security and safety of its display.
